75% of Crypto Investors Fear Losing Everything They Own

A recent survey by fintech company BlueBenx shows that more than 75% of crypto investors fear losing everything.

As a result, around seven in ten users have expressed concern about the loss of investments related to cryptocurrency balances. Additionally, 17.7 percent of those surveyed said they have concerns they  won’t get the benefit they expected from this type of investment.

The Bluebanx study listened to 310 investors in total. According to Fintech, which specializes in the Bitcoin market, only 6.9% of users said they were not worried about investing in cryptocurrencies.

11.60% of the Market Study Participants Made a Profit with Bitcoin 

As an equity investment, cryptocurrencies represent a significant concern for users interviewed in the survey. They fear losing everything they have.

In total, 74.5% of the Fintech company’s study participants declared that they are afraid of losing everything invested in cryptocurrencies. This loss can occur through hacker attacks, Internet scams, and even after users forget or lose their wallet data.

Furthermore, 32.5% of the interviewees believe in gaining a 50% return on the amount invested in cryptocurrencies. That is, between one and three investors made a substantial profit from the market.

On the other hand, another 22.50% of users said that they had no profit or loss with the cryptocurrency, and the amount invested in that market remains the same.

With a lower profit, 11.60% of the Bitcoin market study participants concluded that they made a profit with the cryptocurrency. However, they only received a return of 10% and 20% relative to the amount invested.

More Profitable

The survey shows that 96% of respondents believe that cryptocurrency investments are currently more profitable than traditional options, taking into account global economic instability.

Meanwhile, According to the Bluebenx study, many investors attest that cryptocurrencies are the most profitable market investment. In this case, 66.3% of investors chose cryptocurrencies as “most profitable.”

When it comes to fixed-income investments, only 15.20 percent of users said that the cryptocurrency market offers more profit. 2.3% of those interviewed continue to believe that cryptocurrencies’ accessibility is much higher than other types of investments.

Moreover, 16.2% of the surveyed individuals don’t believe in comparing types of investments.

Finally, most of the users said that they should invest in cryptocurrency “from now on.” In total, 86% of respondents said that these assets could diversify investment portfolios.
