Major cryptos traded in the red on Thursday. What about BTC?

The Crypto market fluctuated on Thursday. Stellar’s Lumen rallied by 8.65%. On the other hand, the rest of the major digital coins traded on the bearish territory.

Monero’s XMR plunged by 4.02%, while Cardano’s ADA tumbled down by 3.50%, and Tezos lost 3.53%.

Binance Coin also plummeted down by 2.61%, with Bitcoin Cash SV dropping by 2.84%. Ethereum and Litecoin wavered, lowering by 2.07% and 2.80%, respectively.

Several other cryptos lost relatively modest amounts. Bitcoin Cash ABC decreased by 1.28%, and EOS fell by 1.18%. Meanwhile, Ripple’s XRP dropped down by 1.58%, and Tron’s TRX lost 1.90%.

Friday’s session was mostly bearish for the digital coins as well. Binance Coin and Tezos plummeted down by 0.64% and by 0.66%, respectively, leading the way down. On the other hand, Stellar’s Lumen continued gaining, rising by 0.67%.

 

How did Bitcoin fare?

Bitcoin dropped down by 0.66% on Thursday, ending the day at $9,149.6. The crypto jumped to an early morning intraday high of $9,227.2 before pulling back. It fell short of the first major resistance level at $9,267.06, tumbling down to a late morning intraday low of $9,026.6.

Bitcoin also slid through the first major support level at $9,166.07, as well as the second major resistance level at $9,122.03. However, the crypto managed to find support at the third major support level at $9,021.03 and returned to $9,160 levels.

On Friday, Bitcoin decreased by 0.10% to $9,140.5. After starting the session in bearish territory, Bitcoin tumbled down to a low of $9,137.4 from an early morning high of $9,150.8. It also left the major support and resistance levels untested.

Bitcoin’s dominance plunged to a Monday low of 63.09% before soaring to a Thursday high of 64.28%. Bitcoin’s dominance stood at 63.72% on Friday. 

Over this week, the crypto total market cap rallied to a Monday high of $273.18bn before dropping to a Thursday low of $258.89bn. On Friday, the total market cap stood at $263.90bn
