avait.investments review Scam Alert

In the world of trading and finance, some brokers just want to see you fail and lose your money. Avait.investments is one of them. This type of mischievous brokers wants nothing but to scam their clients. Make sure to stay away from these fraudulent brokers as they are anonymous.  The lie, scam, and then can disappear any time without notice.

Avait.investments Review Also, the information on the website says that Avait.investments broker is owned and operated by an unknown group WATTANA consulting. The addresses vary and are quite confusing.

Avait.investments is an unregulated CFD and forex broker.

If you do not know, the main problem with unregulated brokers is that they can easily manipulate and abuse the offshore regulations. They are not reliable at all. They play by their own rules. Basically, unregulated brokers can use your money the way they please, and that gives traders very limited security over their investment.

Avait.investments: Lack of Regulation

Financial authorities such as CySEC in Cyprus, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK, or the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) apply strict rules for all brokers under their jurisdiction. Thus, brokers are obliged to keep investors’ money in segregated accounts. A segregated fund is a great measure to keep the clients’ accounts safe from being claimed by creditors or suspicious operational expenses.

Avait.investments is not regulated at all Avait.investments is not regulated at all.  We were not able to find any adequate information about the broker regulations.

Avait.investments Platform

art du trading par thami kabbaj Bourse

The only good thing about Avait.investments is that it offers MetaTrader4 as a web-based platform. But you know what a truly funny part is?  The platform does not belong to Avait.investments. Meta Trader platform is a link between brokers and the digital world.

MetaTrader is a trading software that is commonly used amongst forex traders as their trading platform. It is something like a connecting channel, a link between currency trading systems and traders’ computers or mobile devices. BUT it is just an integration to the platform; Avait.investments did not create it. The team of developers stuck in on their website, that’s it.

Are there any accounts?

There is no information about minimum spreads or account types on the website, and there is no option for opening a demo account.

Avait.investments: Various Untrustworthy Payment methods

The website does say that traders can deposit or withdraw funds via Credit and Debit cards, Entropay, eVoucher, or bank wire. However, there is no mention of the funds disappearing and never coming back to their rightful owners.

Unusual Deposit and Withdrawal conditions

Avait.investments does not specify the exact procedure of the money withdrawals. This is too suspicious. Also, the minimum withdrawal amount for wire transfers is 250 USD. The Minimum withdrawal amount with any other method is 100 USD.

All withdrawals are charged with a transaction fee of 50 USD for wire transfers, 25 USD for credit cards plus a processing fee of 10 USD, and 25.00 USD for ePayments.  For example, if a minimum of $250 is to be withdrawn by bank wire transfer, a transaction fee of $50 will be charged.

Scam Alert

Unspecified trading conditions

Avait.investments offers traders forex and CFD trade for indices, commodities, and stocks with several different accounts. However, there is no demo account. So, the only way you can try out this broker is by paying the entry fee, which does not make any sense.

The maximum leverage offered by Avait.investments is 1:200, which is a bit icky as most brokers offer leverage of up to 1:500.  It does not make sense as the minimum deposit is considerably high, meanwhile the leverage relatively modest. Suspicious.

Avait.Investments Review: Conclusion

What can we say in our conclusion? Be very careful with this broker. Avait.investments is an unregulated offshore broker that gives potential investors nothing but trouble.

Trading conditions are also not set. The broker has very suspicious deposit and withdrawal terms that further undermine the trustworthiness. Thus, there is a minimal assurance about the safety of client funds.
The website itself seems to be professionally done and well-executed, but the information itself is chaotic; the conditions and offerings are contradictive.

Please reconsider your choice of dealing with Avait.investments and look through other brokers. Be careful and Good Luck!

EDIT: the website is down now. We were lucky enough to find it and spread the word about its fraudulent activity. Luckily, it is of the limits now.
