Profit Plus takes its educational material and client satisfaction very seriously.  The refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, Profit Plus can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that if within the 14 days, you conducted any use of the services on the trading platform, like opened trades, Profit Plus won’t offer you a refund or exchange. In that case, you should contact your Trading Platform Provider, and you will be refunded according to your available balance.

To complete your refund, Profit Plus requires a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds – How it Works

Once your return is received and inspected, the Profit Plus Customer Service Team will send you an email to notify you that your request was received. Profit Plus will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
