Bush Got 300k For Meeting OneCoin Co-Founder
Allegedly, Neil Bush, the brother of former President George W. Bush, has received $300,000 in exchange for attending a meeting. This involves OneCoin co-founder and current fugitive Ruja Ignatova, dubbed as the Cryptoqueen.
In addition to that, OneCoin is part of the crypto industry’s most infamous alleged exit scams. Then, founded in 2014, the Bulgaria-based firm is still fully operational to date despite allegations it faces. Investigators believe that the firm raised 4 billion euro or $4.4 billion in a Ponzi scheme.
Cryptoqueen Ignatova is the sister of OneCoin co-founder Konstantin Ignatov. He was the one who signed a guilty plea in relation to the alleged fraud on October 4 and now faces up to 90 years of imprisonment.
Even though Ignatova has been indicted on charges of money laundering and fraud, she is still on the run.
In a report on November 15, a testimony in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York carried allegations about Neil Bush, son of late President George H.W. Bush.
