Apple Unveils Cheaper iPhone SE Amidst Coronavirus Pandemic
Apple fans are delighted that the company finally released its latest iPhone at a much cheaper price. Considering the damage brought by the pandemic to livelihoods and the economy, the iPhone SE’s entry comes at a good time.

Although it may come cheaper, experts say that the phone is still in good quality. The phone won’t be as great as iPhone 11 Pro, or iPhone 11 Pro Max, still, it’s a great bargain.
Apple’s iPhone SE boasts a similar body to the iPhone 8 but with the processor of the latest iPhone 11. The company also said that it will have the camera system of the iPhone XR and other features.

As for storage, considering its base price at $399, the modern processor and good storage combination is already a win. The based price has a standard 64 gigabytes of storage capacity, adding $50 would double it to 128 gigabytes.

Critics say that Apple’s new iPhone unit has set the bar high for other smartphone manufacturers. Of course, through modern technology, new innovations come at a rapid pace, thus older generation phones get left behind.
Compared to other inexpensive smartphones, which are likely to get two to three years of updates, iPhone SE stands out. Experts argue that the company’s new phone will have at least 4 to 5 years of coming updates because of its processor.
Some critics have also pointed out that Apple’s new phone has set the bar for Google’s upcoming Pixel 4A. Google’s phone expects to have a tough time following the iPhone SE’s launch.
