A new work reality
The beginning of the pandemic back in early 2020 has created a new way of thinking for most tech companies. Offices use to be a place of work, where people would come together for face to face meetings, and employees would gather under one roof for over nine hours a day. The pandemic has exposed many of us to remote possibilities and has brought up a great deal of questions about what offices will look like in the future.
For many, offices have become the new offsite, where people come together every so often and do the things that remote working makes more difficult. For others, the office is still a place to socialize, mingle and a reason to get formally dressed in the morning. With the uncertainty of covid still in place, what does this mean for offices? Will they eventually become a thing of the past or must we allow for a new hybrid office design that encompasses virtual participants
